I read it every day through Outlook Express. It is not a managed
newsgroup. Are you trying to access it from a browser?

Fran, it is definitely *not* in the web interface list for technet
managed newsgroups. I have no idea how were are supposed to get our
questions answered in this manner in that newgroup. Kind of sucks
actually.
