There is a registry entry that determines if the dialup connection will be
maintained through logons/logoffs. It's a simple matter of changing the
value from 0 to 1 (or 1 to 0). I've been looking for it just now and can't
find it. I believe it is associated with RAS or RRAS. If I find it, I'll
post here. Meanwhile, you might want to look yourself. It's been a long
time since I dealt with this. The key is phrased so you will know. Something
like MaintainDialupafterLogoff or some such. You will know if you see it,
although I can't remember the real key name.
