Re: Share access problem using VPN



Here is the error message

"Logon Unsuccessful
The user name you typed is the same as the user name you logged in with.
That user name has already been tried. A domain controller cannot be found to
verify that user name."

Your suggestion was helpful. the remote share access worked when I used
username@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx instead of just the username or
domainname\username.
