Is your WAN IP static? If not I would ask your ISP for a static IP.
Have you tried this from a pc that is not on your LAN? Is "enable
remote HTTP access" disabled? If so turn disable it. that may be the
reason it is not passing 80 to your webserver from the WAN side.
