Re: Network connections fail

I am managing some new servers running Windows 2003. They each have
two network cards, one which is connected to a local LAN and another
which is connected to the Internet. Every so often, the Internet
connection seems to just fail to accept new incomming connections.
This means that all web-related services on the machine become useless.
The problem can be fixed by either restarting the server or by
disabling and re-enabling the connection from "Control Panel" ->
"Network Connections".

This is a serious problem and has become a real headache. I've
attempted to uninstall and reinstall the drivers (as the server tech
support told me to), but it had no affect.

Please, any suggestions or other things I should try? Thanks for your
help -

Blow off ICS and replace it with a $20 router.
