Routed-Subnet problem

I have Routed-Subnet
Default Gateway 62.58.29.185
Subnet Mask 255.255.255.248
Public address 1
62.58.29.186
Public address 2
62.58.29.187
Local Network
Server1 address
145.31.22.253
Subnet Mask
255.255.252.0
Default Gateway
62.58.29.185
Server2 address
145.31.22.251
Subnet Mask
255.255.252.0
Default Gateway
62.58.29.185
Configuration:
ADSL modem connected to a Internet-network switch.
2 10/100 NIC's on every server.
1 to the ADSL network switch and
1 to the Local-network switch.
Both Servers are not reachable from local network and
With remote desktop connection I get an error RPC server is
unavailble.
Do I really need 2 Routers ?.
Can anybody help me
