I have a Win2k AD domain and a single DHCP server providing ip add. for three different subnets separated by cisco routers. The clients on the subnet with the dhcp server are all setting the default gateway to their respective IP address (e.g. client ip = 10.102.1.50/24 w/ def gw = 10.102.1.50) Release/renew has no affect and I've even changed the DHCP server setting for this entry and it doesn't change. All other clients on remote subnets are working correctly. Anyone know what would cause this issue?
Just to clarify - These are not dial-in clients?
Ian
If you do ipconfig /all is the correct dhcp server reported?
Ian
Rule out this in the 1st instance - let me know how you get on.
