Sounds like the target machine is running out of memory resources. Could be
due to any number of things - bad driver, incorrectly configured NIC
settings, corrupt network stack, hardware issue, virus, etc...Check the
event logs as your first step. Try running a "repair" on each server NIC
(under network card properties).
