Try checking the date on the drivers or going to the vendor web site.

Hi! I've been receiving a consistent value for the following performance
counters. packets outbound errors=18 and packets received unknown=508964.
Based on my research, a value greater than 1 for packets outbound errors
could mean network card problem. The rest of the servers in our network
consistently have 0 values for the two counters.

Is it really a network card hardware problem? How can I resolve this issue
other than repalcing the network card?

Sorry for reposting this. I accidentaly posted this under general section.
