domain / workgroup doesnt appear in network neighbourhood

Hello,
I have a question and im hoping someone can help me solve this problem.
recently we connected one external location to our network.
The workgroup / domain doesn't show up in our network neighbourhood.
How come the domain / workgroup isnt showing in our network neighbourhood?
I haven't made any changes to DNS , Sites / trusts jet.
