Windows XP Pro Issues

Hi, I have three win xp pro workstations that i'm ready to throw out the
window. I was able to join them to the domain, but i am not able to access
any network files on the server. It keeps asking me to log in(i even try log
in as administrator) and tells me i don't have access to the server.

It seems to happen to all the win xp pro workstations. (they all have sp2)
but our windows 98 machines are not affected.

Any idea's? Please Help!
.
