I do have EnableIPRouting set 1.  After droping all four firewall services, I was able to do trace route from via terminal server connection (internal interface of the SBS2003 - 192.168.7.2).   I was able to do telnet to a nimber of ports on 192.168.3.6 successfully.

assuming you don't have isa and firewall blocking the traffic between two LANs, have you enable IP routing?

I have an SBS2003 Premium on the back end of the DMZ setup.  There are 2
nics.  One nic which faces internal network with ip 192.168.7.2.   The other
nic faces external network wich is 192.168.3.8.  I have a server in dmz
whose ip 192.168.3.6 whose default gateway is 192.168.3.2 (which is also
internal interface of the front end ISA 2004).   I ran route add 192.168.7.0
mask 255.255.255.0 192.168.3.8.  I stopped all isa services on the back end
isa server.

Why am I not able to do a tracert 192.168.7.2?
