Really strange problem.

5 new PC's XP Pro SP1, one server HP Proliant 330 SBS2003

When I copy files from XP workstations to the SBS server it is very very
slow. The opposite side (from the SBS to the workstation XP) it is OK !!!!

I connected the PC direct to the server and it is the same problem

It is not a hardware problem (I change the motherboard and the NIC of the HP
serveur)

Any idea ??? It is very very strange .....
