Hi
My problem is then I try to establish many net use connections to diffrent
hosts I can only connect to three of them.
With Network Monitor I have found that an ICMP Echo request packet is sent
to the hosts before the initial SYN packet. If no answer is recived just
three host is connected. If I recive an answer from the hosts it works fine.
If I establish the connections one by one it works and I can establish all
connections I need.
The patch managemant software tries to connect to more than 350 machines at
the same time.
Network configuration:
I have a patch management server behind a firewall connecting to several
different customer networks. The only traffic allowed is port 445 from the
patch management server to the customer networks.
Can I edit some registry entry to disable the ICMP packets or the behavior
then no replys are recived.
Best Regard
Jonas
