You should check to be sure that the authentication methods (CHAP,
MS-CHAP, MS-CHAP v2) selected on the concentrator are compatible with
the methods allowed on the remote access policy. (Also, note that last
time I tried this, the "Test Authentication" feature on the
concentrator always used PAP, even if PAP wasn't enabled on the
concentrator or the policy; this caused authentication to fail if PAP
wasn't enabled in the policy.)
