Load Balancing "balances" (aka "clusters") two Servers together, not two
nics. Each Server would still have one Nic.
There are special proprietary Nics out there that come with their own
software but I can not help with that. It requires a lot of preparation for
it to be done correctly which includes physical cabling and Switches that
are designed to work with such things,...otherwise the Switches (which
"switch" based on MAC addresses) would "nullify" any balancing you might
attempt.
