Why do you think installing XP will help getting drivers? It doesn't work
that way. If you want to do it... go ahead, but is a waste of time. You
can't load SBS on top of XP and having them on two different partitions is
like having 2 different computers.
As Marina suggested what you need is to get Win2k drivers for your hardware.
Go to the mfg website.
