Hi,
I would first check cables and try to switch ports on router. Do you have
any filtering enabled on router (like MAC filtering). If you try and ping
your gateway what is the message that you get? Ping timeout or something
else? After ping run this command
arp -a
Do you see gateways MAC address?
Are IPs assigned to you automatically (DHCP)?
