It depends.
Typically it will go to only one web site, the one that is associated with
your connection. NLB has no mechanism for synchronising content between web
sites. However, if the content comes from shared resource (SAN, NAS, shared
database) which is available from all nodes in NLB cluster, then the content
of all web sites will be identical. To cut the long story, it is your
responsibility to find the mechanism for synchronising content between web
sites in NLB cluster.
