There are several places you could have done this; the
local security policy on each effected server, in a Group
Policy Object applied to the OU that holds the Terminal
Server (or a parent container), or to the Default Domain
Policy GPO.
Were you making changes to Group Policy Objects
in "Active Directory users and Computers", or
using "Default Domain Security Settings" on a Domain
Controller, or using "Local Security Settings" on the
Terminal Server(s) themselves?
Do you have the TS boxes in their own OU in Active
Directory?
