.................All other IP#s are "secondary IP#s" and are used for
receiving, that is certain Apps can be bound to certain IP#s and will
"listen" on those IP#s. IIS is one example of such a thing where a certain
Website can be bound to a certain IP#.
All other communication will use the Default IP#.
