I've found the matter: if you do not set the "DNS dynamic updates
credentials" onto a DHCP server running (as LocalSystem) on a Domain
Controller, it will not be allowed to update, take ownership or renew any RR
in secure dynamic DNS zones hosted in Active Directory.
