Does the Office Network have DHCP in use?
When at home how does it connect to the internet?

I'll explain, if DHCP is in use at the office and at home it connects
through a router or a computer that has ICS just configure it to obtain
TCP/IP from DHCP. Then in TCP/IP properties go to the WINS tab and enable
NetBIOS over TCP/IP, On XP the default NetBIOS setting is to use NetBIOS
setting from the DHCP server, change that to Enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP.
