Does your Samba still act as a time server?

To verify that the time service is synchronizing time at the command prompt,
type:

w32tm /v /once /test

To configure time service, you must:

net stop W32Time (stop the W32Time service)
net time /setsntp
net start W32Time (restart the service)

You can find available NTP servers at http://tycho.usno.navy.mil/time.html.
