Hi There,
I am receiving an error saying that there is a duplicate computer name on
the network, my computer reboots as soon as I logon. I tried to change the
name of my machine, this helps for about 24 hours then I have the same
issue. I tried removing tcp/ip and then re-installing it again, however this
does not help at all.
Could someone tell me what I have to do to my machine in order to get it
functioning correcltly.
Sean - thanks in advance for your answer
!--- error message
A duplicate name has been detected on the TCP network. The IP address of the
machine that sent the message is in the data. Use nbtstat -n in a command
window to see which name is in the Conflict state.
