I don't know if this is exactly what you are looking for, but in the
following whitepaper they do a lot of testing on memory usage and network
usage. Also they give you how to test for yourself in your environment.

>From the Network Usage section on page 14:

Network usage overhead tends to be quite low on Terminal Server, because of
protocol efficiency and since, by default, the Terminal Services Client
(mstsc.exe) uses data compression for all connections. Network usage for
the two scenarios is shown in Figure 7. This includes all traffic coming in
and going out of the terminal server for these scenarios.

If you download the whitepaper you can see the chart and the rest of the
