win98 client cannot see a shared folder on a win server 2003

I have a win98 client wich cannot log on to a shared
folder on a win server 2003 machine. The folder is shared
and the permission for it is set to 'Everyone' plus 'full
control' The WinXP client have no problem (although they
have to enter user name + password wich I would like to
get rid of)

I am new to win2k3 server

I need help!!!
