InterLAN File Transfer too slow

I was the autonegoiate. It was locking me in at 100 half
and I guess for whatever reason a file transfer needs full
duplexing. So I disabled autoneg, locked it in at 100
full and the transfer is running strong now. Just needed
to learn Dell's web managament console to figure it out.
