RPC error with IIS migration tool

Having an issue using the migration tool for IIS 6. I put in the command to
migrate a website but get the following error:

The IIS Migration Tool was unable to connect to the remote computer.
The RPC server is unavailable.

Not sure where to go from there. I can't find anything on the net regarding
that error and IIS6 migration. Hoping someone here can help me out.
