The command i should run it on the r2 server? or in the old one?
i did it but nothing happens... :S

Thanks again for your responses,
I have an error when i try to add the new server as an aditional
dc....
It says that i have to run the command adprep because the version of
active
directory scheme is not compatible with this server (the new one)

In order to install an additional DC, you can choose 'existing

Yes, after you successfully promote a DC as an additional DC, the
data of your exiting domain will automatically replicate to the new
DC.

As for backup, user account stores in Domain. you don't need to
worry about security problem.
