Using ADMT, Questions

Never used ADMT, but seems pretty simple to use. I created test accounts on
the "olddomain" and I was able to migrate them over to the "newdomain".

Questions:
1.) When I migrate a user account from the "olddomain" to the "newdomain",
and they login locally on their workstations with the "newdomain" account,
does the local profile know to migrate their "My Documents", and "Desktop"
files, or will we need to copy these files from their old profile to their
new profile locally on their machine?

2.) If I migrate computers from the "olddomain" to the "newdomain" using
ADMT, does that mean I don't have to go to each computer and demote them from
the "olddomain" and promote them to the "newdomain"?

Thanks in advance.
