Migrating a 2003 server

I have a couple of Windows 2k3 servers that are members of an old NT4
domain. One server is hosting member home directories. I want to
migrate this server to an AD domain we have in house. This new AD
domain is not in any way trusted with the NT4 domain. The users in
these domains have the same usernames on each.
What is the procedure to accomplish this and are there any hidden
gotchas. I am assuming that the security properties will need to be
redone on the user home directories. Do I have to install any new
software on the 2k3 server?
Thanks,
G
