RE: Virtual machine migration

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Found out that by simply copying the "virtual" files tot he new server took
care of the problem.

I'm running Virtual Server 2005 R2 Sp1 on a workstation.
On this virtual server installation I have a virtual machine that I'd like
to move to a more suited server also running VS2005R2Sp1.

I'm looking for documentation on what I need to do to move or migrate this
server.
Has anyone seen a paper or instructions?

Thank you,
