Replacing a Windows 2003 Domain Controller

I need to replace a Windows 2003 domain controller and would like to
get some thoughts on the current plan... Keep in mind this is a brief
plan just to get started...

Current Setup

Domain Controller 1
DHCP, DNS, WINS
Schema Master
Domain Naming Master
RID Master
PDC Emulator

Domain Controller 2
DHCP, DNS, WINS
Global Catalog

Domain Controller 1 needs to be replaced due to end of life hardware.
I don't mind using a different name but would like to use the same IP
address because of firewall rules that revolve around the current IP
address.

Plan

- Get new server (Domain Controller 3) on network and run DCPromo

- Install DNS, WINS (migrate database from DC1) on Domain Controller 3

- Install DHCP (migrate settings from DC1) on Domain Controller 3

- Use a Temp IP Address

- Transfer all FSMO roles off Domain Controller 1 to Domain Controller
2 (not DC3)

- DCPromo on Domain Controller 1 to demote

- Remove DC1 from domain and shutdown

- Change IP on Domain Controller 3 to Domain Controller 1's IP address

- Move FSMO roles from Domain Controller 2 back to other DC, New DC1

Any thoughts, concerns, and ideas would be appreciated..

Thanks!!

JD
