NT-> 2003 migration (step by step please??)

Hello everyone, I am planning to migrate our NT servers to 2003
servers and I am hoping to get a step by step process by someone who
is familiar with or better yet has done the migration.

I want to use the new domain method.

Currently have: PC1 (NT Server, PDC, file server), PC2 (NT Server,
BDC, Exchange 5.5)

Want to migrate to 2k3 using new domain method.

Can anyone provide a step by step procedure please?

Thanks in advance!
