Moving from Samba3 and Exchange 2000 to a complete 2003 solution. Questions.

Posting this in the hopes that some kind soul will nudge me in the
right direction.

I've just taken over a network that has a linux-based Samba3 domain
controller and file server, a separate Exchange 2000 Standard box,
that is its own DC for another domain, and some workstations still
joined to an old NT4 domain. No trust relationships to speak of, and
it's ripe for a complete overhaul. Did I mention the Exchange box is
also serving DNS and DHCP? There are about 75 users.

I'd like to move from the samba domain to a Windows Server 2003 AD and
also move the mailboxes hosted on Exchange 2000 Standard to an
Exchange 2003. The DNS and DHCP services will also need to be moved.

My question: Where to start? I really don't want to have to recreate
75 machine accounts and user profiles manually. Can they be converted
from the Samba domain to 2003?
