Problems caused with Migration.

Dear All,

I'm in the process of migrating from Win2k to Win2k3, but I've come across a
few problems and questions...

The win2k3 machine has possibly done something to my win2k machine, as I
can't seem to access the AD from within the machine, but I can access it
remotly from my XP machines using the XP tools?

At one point during the migration the machine asked me how long after the
particular part was done should the machine reset, which I left at 5 mins,
as of yet it still hasn't done it..

I've sent up everything as fas as I'm aware, the AD, Wins and DNS, and yet
my machines can't see the DC (I can in the My Network Places, but I mean
when I try to change DC), is this because the other machine is still
classified as the main dc?

Why don't the GPO's migrate? this a seperate option?

Hope someone can help with this possible meanial questions...

Regards
Paul.
