Copy local groups from a Win2K server to a 2k3 one

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Hello everyone,

My company just bought a new server to replace an old one (with a
different hardware configuration).
It has been installed in Win2K3 Server (the old one is in Win2K
Server).

All data will be copied with robocopy in the 2K3 tool kit.
We also would like to copy all Local Groups from the old one to the new
one.

I found a software called SecureCopy but it isn't free... :-)
We also tried to do it with a script (migrateLG.vbs) but without
success.

Does somebody know if it exists a free solution?
If no, what do you think is the best one?

Thanks in advance

.
