The only problem with that solutions is that it assumes a new domain
name as well. I would like to keep the same domain name that the
windows nt box has.
Any ideas??

Hello,
I am finally installing a new server (2003) to repalce the old one
(nt). I am not sure how to transfer the users over from the nt box to
the new 2003 box.
Most of the documentation refer to upgrading the same box, I have a new
server that has windows 2003 installed, no AD yet.
If anyone can lead me in the right direction, that would be greatly
appreicated.
