Regarding the service accounts migration, it should be performed at first.

We're doing a domain consolidation and planning to use ADMT v3. The
domains
are both 2003. I've reviewed the docs and can't find a "suggested"
sequence,
or order, to run all the wizards.....does it matter?

Also, can someone explain the difference between the Service Account and
User migration wizards? Will the Service Account wizard and the new
account
to the service logons?
