Problem after migrate

I finish migrating in-placce a domain NT 40 to Windows 2003 AD and I have 2
dcs 2003 sp1, 2 bdc nt 40- Domain Mode Interin

The clients and member server of domian are validated without problem, but
the DNS Sufix is not added to them and gpo is not applied to them.

Try, adding the DNS Suffix via DHCP, of manual form, but it follows with the
same problem. no change in clients

If I execute the Netdiag in the server does not report problems, If I
execute the Netdiag in the client fails "trust relationship" and "Kerberos
authentication"

On the client i have this event

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Userenv
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1000
Date: 4/11/2005
Time: 10:19:49 AM
User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer: servername
Description:
Windows cannot do loopback processing when the computer is joined to a
downlevel domain or is a member of a workgroup. Loopback processing will be
disabled

Any ideas? Thank !!

Gustavo
