Greetings to all,

I am currently involved in a NT40 migration to Win 2003 AD. There is
one PDC and no BDC in this scenerio. Exchange 5.5 exists on the PDC.
There has been a new purchase of a new server which I want Win2003 with
AD. The new server will be a new domain. My thought process:

1. Install 2003 with AD on new server.
2. Create trust from NT PDC to new AD server.
3. Run ADMT and migrate users, groups and computers to AD server.
4. Install Exchange 2003 on new AD server.
5. Use Exchange's migration utility to migrate mailboxes from 5.5 to
2003.
6. Go home and relax....

How far off base am I?

I'd greatly appreciate any and all assistance!

JRL3
