RE: Novell Migration - Clients

Hi Soren,

You need to join the Windows XP client into domain manually.

Regarding the user profile. local user account and domain user account are
totally two different user profiles

You can refer to following article:

<http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/techinfo/overview/sfnmig.mspx>

Hope it helps.

We want's to migrate from Novell 6.0 to Windows 2003. My question is how
do
you automate the client migration - Removal of the Novell Client, Join
windows xp sp2 to the domain and what will happen to the eksisting local
profiles when XP is joined to the domain.
