Migrating from AD 2000 to AD 2003 + Exchange 2000 to 2003 on new hardware

I am doing the following migration tomorrow. Can somebody help?
I am not sure if my path is right.
Migrating from AD 2000 to AD 2003 + Exchange 2000 to 2003 on new
hardware
Note: The AD 2000 server hosts GC, internal DNS and DHCP
Part1
Migrating from Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2003
a) Install Windows 2003 server and apply latest service pack + patches
b) From the newly installed windows 2003 server, join the 2000 AD
domain
c) Go to the AD 2000 server, run the exchange 2003 forestprep and
domainprep from the exchange 2003 server CD to avoid mangled
attributes
d) Follow the Step by step Exchange migration from 2000 to 2003 using
new hardware
Note: Should I also upgrade the connectors?
Part 2
Migrating from Windows 2000 to 2003
a) From the AD 2000 server, run Adprep /forestprep and Adprep
/domainprep from
the windows 2003 server CD
b) From the windows 2003 server run DCPROMO by selecting Installing an
c) additional Domain controller for an existing domain during the
installation Q238369
d) Install DNS on the 2003 server and follow Q323417
e) Install DHCP and follow Q325473
f) Move global catalog to new server follow Q313994
g) Transfer FSMO roles follow Q article 255690
h) Run DCPRO from the 2003 server to demote the existing win2k DC
.
