Query re NT4 Domain Local Groups

Greetings everyone!

I have a query regarding NT4 Domain Local Groups. I currently have an
NT4 domain server which has local and global groups. The global groups
are members of the local groups. I am currently working on our NT4 to
W2K3 migration project and am using the ADMT3 tool. My query is this.
Do I need to migrate across also the Local Groups besides the Global
Groups?

Thanks
Pierre
