Novell 4.11 -> Win 2003 AD migration

We preparing to migration and I have a cup of questions.
When AD will be installed we need to move users accounts from a local system
auth to domain auth.
Now we have a manually assigned ip and NO one DNS specified.
So, for adding PCs to domain we need to specify at least one dns server of
our domain, and gracefully join the domain.
And my question is a how to specify a dns server on a lot of users PCs, I
think that it should use a Netware Login Script, but I don't know what is
command or script could it be.
My second question is about an utility moveuser.exe, how to use it in a
login script to move all win xp/2k local system account users to a domain
account without any lost of data or functionality.
