RE: 3rd party personal certificate not working anymore

Hello,

Thanks for posting!

I understand that Windows XP SP2 clients cannot browse a security website.
Please confirm if all the clients cannot browse the security website and
if the isuse occured after the migration. If so, I suggest you post this
question in the microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs newsgroup. That
newsgroup is primarily for issues involving Windows SBS. We recommend
posting appropriately so you will get the most qualified pool of
respondents, and so other partners who regularly read the newsgroups can
either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction with us.
Thanks for your understanding and cooperation!

Regards,

Jason Tan

| Hi,
|
| I have a customer I migrated from SBS2000 to SBS2003 Standard SP1.
| He's running Windows XP SP2 clients.
|
| In the past he could browse to a website, get a popup for a personal
| certificate, and after he was logged on to a kinda webshop.
| Now he still gets the popup but when he clicks ok, nothing happens.
| I can't export and re-import the cert because the private key is marked
| not-exportable.
|
| I looked on google but didn't find anything resembling this.
| Anyone here who can help me ?
|
|
| thx
|
| David
