Hello,

Thanks for posting!

Yes, I suggest you upgrade Windows NT 4.0 to Windows 2003 directly. I would
like to provide you with the following information:

| I have taken over the role as IT Pro at my new job. They currently have
3
| domains. One 2k running in mixed mode. 2 NT domains, one of which is
| almost finished migrating to 2k. We now have a business need to migrate
to
| 2k3. We are also running Exchange 5.5 which will be migrated to 2k3.
|
| My question is would it be faster to finish the migration to 2k then go
to
| 2k3 or just start migrating directly to the new 2k3 domain?
|
| The network consists of just over 100 users and does not need more than
one
| domain.
|
| I am also looking for links to relevent material for the migration.
