SBS 2k3 to SBS 2k3 on a different computer

Hello,
We've been having a lot of problems with our SBS 2k3 server which is running
on an old box, so we decided to get a new server and install SBS on it from
our original CDs.
Now I basically need to put it on the network, make the new computer DC,
transfer users and mailboxes to the new box which I'd like to use on the
original domain and trash the old one. The new computer will have a
different name.
I don't really want to migrate everything, for the old computer had a lot of
problems. Only users and mailboxes.
With Windows 2k3 Standard would be user transfer easy, since I can have more
then one DC on the network and replicate. But how can I do it with SBS?
Is there any MS article how to move to a different hardware?
Thank you
Patrick
