NT4 to 2003 Server question

My network is currently still a Windows NT4 domain. We are soon to be
brought into a new Government agency and migrate to Windows 2003 AD.
Before this can happen I've been asked to upgrade all our Servers
(apart from the PDC) to Windows 2003. I have replaced all necessary
Servers and have Virtual NT4 Server running on a few as BDC's.
However, I still have one NT4 Server that is currently a BDC (and file
and print) and will not be replaced. This Server needs upgraded to
Windows 2003. I do not need to bring it into the AD at the minute, but
only need to upgrade the OS. I have a virtual BDC configured on another
Server in the same building for authentication
Are there any known issues upgrading NT4 Server to Windows 2003. Is it
as easy as just putting the Windows 2003 Server CD in and running an
upgrade?
Any help or tips would be greatly appreicated.
